remove hashtag spam

Lars Lehtonen requested to merge alrs/radiobot-py:alrs-silence-hashtag-spam into master

This is a neat bot.

Unfortunately, because it spams the hashtags #HamRadio #SolarData #Propagation #AmateurRadio #CBradio every four hours it drowns out the other posts using these hashtags.

This removes the hashtags from the bot's toot.
