Issue: #32

Added a reconnecting buffer to encapsulate the aprsis connection, this is now a multithreaded operation.

Fixed a bug in the Aprs class where one of the variables didnt match the naming convention and other parts of the program referenced it incorrectly.

Added back many of the previously commented out tests, some of them have been changed significantly however.

Split up the kiss class into multiple implementations and refactored the rest of the code to match it.

Removed the unicode future import, moving over to manually implementing this. Should fix the python2 version, or get us a bit closer.
