Colorize the output for the plugins.

Added a reconnecting buffer to encapsulate the aprsis connection, this is now a multithreaded operation.

Fixed a bug in the Aprs class where one of the variables didnt match the naming convention and other parts of the program referenced it incorrectly.

Hardcoding in the build-in plugins for now, later this can be expanded with configured plugins in addition to the standard fair.
