Prior to OpenCL 1.1 support for 64 bit for AMD devices required an AMD specific pragma (from the capability CL_AMD_FP64). Since OpenCL 1.1 we can use CL_KHR_FP64.

This should work on all devices supporting  CL_KHR_FP64.
