Continuing to work on changes to JNI build scripts to support true 32-bit/64-bit cross-compilation from 64-bit OS's. This will cut-down on the need for Jenkins to spin-up 32-bit OS's and 64-bit OS's just to support 32-bit users. Also, MinGW support has been removed. If this is still needed in the future, it should be straightforward to review the commit history and add it back.

Updated JNI build scripts to support latest 2.9+ AMD APP SDK. Added failonerror to all exec calls so that Jenkins would stop bad builds from progressing.
