Scored rescued Julia backend.

I managed to partially rescue the Julia backend, at least to the extent that the model can be scored. https://github.com/russelljjarvis/SpikingNeuralNetworks.jl/blob/master/examples/SciunitScoresJuliaBackend.ipynb

The scores are surprisingly sane.

If you instantly scroll to the bottom of the NB you can see them.

The graphs don't have to be unicode plots they are just very fast to make.
